This Workshop is for those of you who want the deepest, most complete knowledge. It's me walking Lucy through the process described in the Workbook over 5+ hours of video.

If you really want to see in to my brain, this is it. And we recorded it specifically to involve you: the idea is that you're our second student. You follow along with Lucy, and hopefully she asks the questions that are on your mind.

A genuine connection

We do this in a way that I think is unique: even though we live together, we tried not to discuss Lucy's progress off-camera. This means that her questions are genuine: she's really presenting me with her problems as they occur.

This means you as the second student can really feel engaged: we consciously called it a 'workshop' and not a 'course'. I meticulously planned the flow of the series, but all of the interactions are real.

And it isn't the done-to-death tiny-head-in-the-corner style. Every video is different: we set up a bunch of scenes here at home, and Lucy even learned how to put me in front of a green-screen.
